Notes :

Q Triple sharing is chargeable with the above rate for twin sharing price unless single supplement is added up for the single person.

Q Surcharge for air conditioned room of RM 30 per person per night is applied which must pre-booked and subject to room availability.

Q It would not be possible for us to do transfer directly to the resort on the same day if the arrival is later as it would be dark for the boat transfer due to safety reason. Please be advised to take flight before or arrives latest by 1400hrs at Tawau Airport.

Q Night transfer charges will be applied after 1800hrs for the transfer from Tawau Airport to any respective hotel (either in Tawau or Semporna area). (Rate refer below)

Q Catching the earlies flight from the resort would not be possible as it would be still dark.

Q Jouis Holiday and Sipadan Water Village will not be obligate or compensate for waiting too long in the airport or flight delay.

Q Land transfer from Tawau Airport to Semporna would take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sea transfer/speedboat from Semporna to SWv Resort, Mabul Island would take about 45 minues to 1 hour depends on the sea and weather conditions.

Q Minumum number of pax required per trip is 2 person. Single traveller is subject to coincide with our scheduled transfers.

Q Package cannot be converted once the guest has arrived in the resort

Q 4 Days 3 Nights: Free Use of BCD & Regulator (subject to availability)

Q 5 Days 4 Nights: Free Use of BCD & Regulator (subject to availability), Daily 3 boat dive except on arrival day and no dive on departure day, 2 self night dive at House Reef, Guarantee 1 Day Sipadan Diving.

Important Note :

Entering Sipadan Island, required permit and may not be approved on certain days if the quota exceed. Approval is issued by Sabah Park one day earlier before entering therefore would not be able to tell in advance. Guest can dive in Sipadan will be charged RM 40.00 per person per day which can be paid at the resort. Sipadan at this present moment only allowed 120 persons per day. Jouis Holiday and SWV hold no responsibility for not being able to dive everyday in Sipadan due to conservation done by our Government. We can only try our best to arrange every of our guests to dive in Sipadan.

We require full name, gender, passport number, date of birth, nationality, contact number and flight details to make necessary arrangement. Please advice if travel other part of Sabah by land to Tawau / Semporna and the estimate time arrival. No reservation is made until we get the confirmations from your side. Please advice all necessary details in order to proceed the reservations and coordinate all arrangement.

Q The management & resort operators accept no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management and cannot be held liable for lost of baggage or personal items, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.

Q Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

Q In case of cancellation or reduce rooms, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited automatically.

Q Upon confirmation of booking, full payment is required.

Q Cancellation is non refundable in full or in part. There shall be no refund of any deposit.
