Tours are organized based on minimum 4 persons per
departure, even less than 4 persons the package cost had to be based on
maximum 4 pax per trip. Permit and License: Q Taman Negara (National
Park) is a restricted area, all visitors must be in possession of an
“Entry Permit”. You are, therefore, requested to bring along your
identification (passport and identity card) as well as photocopies, to obtain
the entry permit. Q License for camera,
Video Camera and Fishing are also required. These may be obtained for a fee
at the Department of Wildlife office, located at the Kuala Tembeling Jetty
for your convenience. Guest is required to obtain the necessary permits /
licenses prior to boat departure to the Resort.
Transportation: Daily shuttle service
– coach transfer: from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Tembeling Jetty Q
Pick up / assembled point at Lower Lobby of Mutiara Crown
Plaza Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur. Q

Wooden boat transfer from
Kuala Tembeling Jetty to Kuala Tahan Jetty Q Traditional 12-seater
wooden boat with roof top and outboard motor. Q Chartered boat
(12-seater) RM 450 per boat per way. Q Price and time

Land Transfer (Van
– 8-seater) One way chartered per van basis.

resort operators reserve the rights to alter any itinerary, substitute a
vehicle or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition. Q The management &
resort operators accept no liability for losses incurred due to failure to
connect with other services management and cannot be held liable for lost of
baggage or personal items, illness, injury, or death resulting from
activities in which are beyond our control. Q Prices are subjected
to change without prior notice. Q In case of
cancellation or reduce rooms, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited
automatically. Q Upon confirmation of
booking, deposit that 50% of total fare is required. Q Full payment is required before 3
weeks of departure date. Q Cancellation is non refundable
in full or in part. There shall be no refund of any deposit. Q Reservation is
