Q The management & resort operators reserve the rights to alter any itinerary, substitute a vehicle or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition.

再不可预测的状况下，管理和度假村运营商保留权利随时更改任何行程，替换车辆或取消旅游。

Q The management & resort operators accept no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management and cannot be held liable for lost of baggage or personal items, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.

发生故障的损失，丢失行李或私人物品，生病，受伤或死亡，以及其他我们所无能控制的活动下所造成的损失或意外。管理层及度假村运营商，不承担任何法律责任或追究。

Q Prices are subjected to change without prior notice. 价格如有更改，恕不另行通知。

Q In case of cancellation or reduce rooms, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited automatically.

如果取消或减少客房，定金或预付款将被自动取消。

Q Upon confirmation of booking, deposit that 50% of total fare is required. 预订确认后，须付总费用的50％为定金

Q Full payment is required before 4 weeks of departure date. 出发前4周，必需支付全额费用

Q Cancellation is non-refundable in full or in part. There shall be no refund of any deposit.

取消预订，全部或部分已付款项恕不退还。

Q Reservation is subjected to room availability. 预订视房间，配套空位进行供给。

Q No insurance coverage. 没有保险签购于任何行程，顾客需自行签购。

Q Fees Charge = Tour fare + 6 % GST ( effective 1 Apr 2015 ) . 团费计算方法 = 团费 + 6%消费税( 1号 4月 2015年开始 )

Q No GST applied for Oversea Package ( T&C Applied )  国外配套没有征收消费税。（附加条件）
