Q   The above room rates are applicable for Single or Double/ Twin occupancy.

Q   For the third adult or child above 12 years of age sharing a room, an extra charge of RM 50 nett per person per night will be imposed.

Q   There is no charge for children of 12 years of age and below sharing a room with parents, up to a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children/ infant or 3 adults per room only.

Q   The above rates are inclusive of 2 breakfasts.

Q   The above room rates will not be applicable for e-commerce on the worldwide web.

Q   Promotion rate will not applicable for all MICE group (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions group).

Q   Ad-hoc rates for GIT will be provided upon request and is subject to room availability and season.

Peak Season Surcharge Rates:

Q   A surcharge of RM 50 per room per night is to be applied from:

- Chinese New Year       : 13 Feb 10 – 17 Feb 10

- Christmas & New Year : 20 Dec 10 – 02 Jan 11

- Chinese New Year       : 01 Feb 11 – 07 Feb 11

Q   Peak period surcharge rate & date subject to change.

Close Out Date:

Q   For any further close out period, a notification will be issued 14 days in advance.

Extra Bed & Hotel Meal Rates:

Q   Group meal rates are available on-request and only applicable for guest staying in-house.

Q   The above meal rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions (eg Christmas Dinner and etc).

Q   Meal rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax and applicable for meals at hotel Cafe only.

Q  The management & resort operators accept no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management and cannot be held liable for lost of baggage or personal items, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
