Q Weekday booking (Sunday to Thursday):10% discount. Only available for check-in from Sunday and check-out by Thursday, must be within the same week. Do not apply if that weekday falls on eve/on a public holiday and school holidays in Malaysia and Singapore.

Q A surcharge of RM 40 nett per person applies during eves of public holidays, public holidays and school holidays in Malaysia & Singapore.

Q Extra Bed (RM 40 / bed / night).

Q A rebate of RM 30 per person per way if the guest prefers to take the package without the boat transfer.

Q The management & resort operators reserve the rights to alter any itinerary, substitute a vehicle or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational & weather condition.

Q The management & resort operators accept no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management and cannot be held liable for lost of baggage or personal items, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.

Q Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

Q In case of cancellation or reduce rooms, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited automatically.

Q Upon confirmation of booking, deposit 50% of the total tour fare is required.

Q Full payment must be settled 3 weeks before tour departure.

Q Cancellation is non refundable in full or in part. There shall be no refund of any deposit.
