Q Room rates and designated season as per our 2013 Seasonal Chart are subject to change without prior notice, walk in seasonal rate refer to our 2013 seasonal chart as per attached.

Q Official check in time is 1600 hrs & check out time is 1200 hrs. A surcharge of 50% base on contracts will be imposed upon any late check out after 1200 hrs till 1800 hrs, Room occupied beyond 1800 hrs will be charge as full day rate.

Q The above room rates quoted is inclusive of buffet breakfast for 02 persons per room per night.

Q Cooking and BBQ is strictly not allowed. Otherwise, penalty RM 1.000 nett will be charge should found any cooking illegally.

Q Fruit basket in VIP room will charge RM 53 nett per basket. This subject to upon request.

Q All last minutes arrangement will be charges based on published rate (walk in rate).
