Q Tours are organized based on minimum 4 persons per departure, even less than 4 persons the package cost had to be based on maximum 4 pax per trip.

Permit and License:

Q Taman Negara (National Park) is a restricted area, all visitors must be in possession of an “Entry Permit”. You are, therefore, requested to bring along your identification (passport and identity card) as well as photocopies, to obtain the entry permit.

Q License for camera, Video Camera and Fishing are also required. These may be obtained for a fee at the Department of Wildlife office, located at the Kuala Tembeling Jetty for your convenience. Guest is required to obtain the necessary permits / licenses prior to boat departure to the Resort.

Q The management & resort operators accept no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management and cannot be held liable for lost of baggage or personal items, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.

Q In case of cancellation or reduce rooms, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited automatically.

Q Upon confirmation of booking, Full payment of total fare is required.

Q Cancellation is non refundable in full or in part. There shall be no refund of any deposit.
